Jonathan Rubinsztein



Jonathan is a seasoned CEO with a track record of building world class global technology companies and leading high-performance teams in the technology sector.

Previously, Jonathan was Managing Director and CEO of Infomedia, Ltd, an ASX-listed SaaS company.

Prior to that role, Jonathan was CEO and founding shareholder at UXC Red Rock Consulting, where he was instrumental in growing the business from a start-up to over 700 people across 13 offices in Australia, New Zealand, India, and Singapore.

Jonathan was also a Founder and Director of RockSolid SQL, a company that built monitoring and automated data management software for over 18,000 databases globally.

Chad Barton

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Chad is Nuix’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, after joining the company in June 2021. Chad has extensive experience in managing large and complex businesses having previously been the Chief Financial Officer of ASX-listed companies, The Star Entertainment Group Limited and Salmat Limited. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer of global technology business, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Australia and New Zealand.

Chad is a Non-Executive Director of ASX/NZX-listed SkyCity Entertainment Group, a member of the Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has previously held roles as a Non-Executive Director of Neuroscience Research Foundation Australia (NeuRA Foundation), Chairperson of Women in Gaming & Hospitality Australasia and as a Non-Executive Director of Schizophrenia Research Institute.

Mike Smith

Mike Smith

Executive Vice President, Americas

Mike joined Nuix in July 2022 as Executive Vice President, Americas. Mike brings over 30 years of leadership experience at a range of different technology companies from his early days at Oracle, through to OpenText, ServiceNow, Huddle and Tibco. Prior to Nuix, Mike was with Pluralsight where he was Senior Vice President of Sales.

Mike holds a BA from George Mason University.

Executive Vice President, EMEA

Jonathan joined Nuix in November 2016 and is responsible for business strategy, revenue and growth operations across EMEA & APAC.

Jonathan was previously employed as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Western Union and prior to this, held leadership roles at Travelex & Textron.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor and Masters of Science from the University of Wales.

Melissa Pascoe



Warren joined Nuix in November 2022 and has overall responsibility for Asia Pacific Sales and oversight of Nuix’s alliance and channels partner relationships globally.

Warren has extensive experience in software sales, consulting and training as well as strategic alliances and channels with companies like Oracle and Infomedia.

Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand.

Je Moon



Jee Moon joined Nuix in May 2022 as Chief Marketing Officer. She is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of management experience building and transforming brands and businesses across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Nuix, Jee held senior marketing roles at organisations such as American Express, Luxottica, Best&Less, Westpac, Vodafone, Dell and Canon. In her last two roles in retail, she was part of the Executive teams charged with the turnaround of the businesses, returning them to growth and profitability. Jee holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University in Boston, MA, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK. In 2016 she was named one of Australia's top 50 CMOs and in 2018 graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Oliver Harvery



Oliver joined Nuix in May 2021 and is responsible for developing and coordinating Nuix’s approach to customer strategy and innovation.

Oliver was previously Chief Supervisory Officer at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, where he was responsible for the supervision of a number of the world’s largest financial institutions. Prior to that, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Co, where he worked on commercial strategy for clients in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Practice.

Oliver holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Sydney and a Masters from the University of Cambridge.

Alexis Rouch

Chief Information Officer

Alexis joined Nuix in August 2022 as Chief Technology Officer. Alexis is a strategic change and technology leader, with a track record of delivering outcomes in demanding environments, in scale-ups and large global enterprises.

Prior to Nuix Alexis was most recently at Class, the leading SMSF Administration and Wealth Accounting software business in Australia.

Alexis has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma from RMIT, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jason Wilson

Chief Product Officer

Jason joined Nuix in October 2022 as Chief Product Officer. Jason is responsible for Nuix’s unified product strategy and roadmap including leadership of its Product, UX design and Documentation teams.

Jason was previously the Chief Customer Officer at Class Limited, an Australian wealth technology business and has also held senior leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank, BT Financial Group, St George Bank and E*Trade. His career spans a range of marketing, customer experience and product development roles within large institutions, and scale up technology businesses.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University and a Post Graduate Certificate from FINSIA. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Melissa Pascoe

Melissa Pascoe


Melissa joined Nuix in July 2020 as Head of People and Culture and is responsible for managing a global team that focusses on the recruitment, development and engagement for all Nuix employees.

Melissa was previously a Global HR Director at Macquarie Group, where she managed a global team providing HR support to over 3,500 people. As a member of several senior leadership teams, Melissa provided strategic HR advice and coaching to the senior executives and their leadership teams.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
